Context
The Youth Coding Workshops program engages and excites youth in technology-related agricultural science topics such as computer science, robotics, artificial intelligence, electronic engineering, graphic design and entrepreneurship. This is done through hands-on projects to teach youth creativity, problem solving, and critical thinking skills, while building their capacity for technological innovations to improve food production and nutritional security in order to end hunger and poverty.

Objectives
- To build young people's skills in new technology innovations and critical thinking through hands-on projects.
- To enhance education amongst the less privileged by providing access to scholarships to achieving their highest potential.
- To mentor youth in technology-related areas of agronomy.
- To reduce rural poverty by creating more employment opportunities for youth in the technology field.
- To use new technologies to help increase food production and nutritional security.
