Dear #community, thank you for joining us in taking climate action towards The World We Want with the 350 orphans of the Global Children Humanitarian Orphanage in Sierra Leone.
Our visit to the Global Humanitarian Children’s Orphanage in Sierra last week was amazing! What an event!
– We had over 300 orphan children on site.
– Over 22 AgriCodeExpo volunteers on site.
– We also had representatives from the Sierra Leone government.
– We had a #leadership training presented by our CEO Suzy Tresor Tchegnelene.
– We trained the children on the SDGs in their local language. (the children presented the SDGs 4)
– The children ate
– Then we continued with the planting of trees (8-fruit trees).
We also have journalists on site to cover the event. We are very happy to have been able to put a smile on the children’s faces.
